Epiphone LP Standard Plain-Top Les Paul Collection Electric Guitar, Heri
The undisputed King of Solidbody Electric guitars since 1952, the Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plain-Top has all the features of an LP Standard, but preserves the understated, "plain" top that pays homage to some legendary guitarists' axes. Legendary guitarist and inventor Les Paul lends his signature to every real Les Paul guitar, authenticating his soveriegn design standards, so you know you are getting "the real thing". From the tone-rich, bound, Mahogany body with preffered "plain" Maple top to the set, Mahogany neck and Rosewood fingerboard with traditional trapezoid inlays, to the rich, vintage tone provided by a pair of high-output Alnico Classic Humbuckers, this guitar is the standard for all others. It also features Chrome hardware, Grover⢠tuners, with our new Epiphone LockTone⢠locking Tune-o-matic bridge and Stop-bar tailpiece that gives you even more sustain and lasting Les Paul warm tone that you dream about.

User Reviews about Epiphone LP Standard Plain-Top Les Paul Collection Electric Guitar - Heritage Cherryburst
It was painstaking for me to decide to buy this guitar. I typically dont believe in buying a LOW END of anything as you get what you are paying for, I wanted a Gibson and was just turned off by the price of similar Gibson (the one I wanted was 2695.00) which at that price, Im afraid to play it everyday.. afraid to carry it around.. I did alot of comparing the two guitars.. and this won. The finish is GORGEOUS. It has grover tuners.. this sucker stays in tune... I have no complaints... great sustain and Im very happy with the tone. Does a Gibson have better pickups.. YES.. you can change the pickups and knobs.. and for a couple of hundred dollars more you have a Gibson Les Paul.. the price is so great that you dont sweat the knocking around.. I would buy this guitar again in a minute. -- Really a great guitar.
